The short version
This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and loads no advertising scripts. The only personal data we handle is what you deliberately send us through a form or by email.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Contact and newsletter forms
We receive whatever you type into the form — typically your name, email address, and a description of your project. Submissions are emailed to us and stored in the site database so we can find them again. Our form plugin also records the submission time and may record the IP address the submission came from, for spam prevention.
Legal basis: your consent when you press submit, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard web server access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent. These exist for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build profiles or for marketing.
What we do not collect
No analytics cookies. No advertising or remarketing pixels. No fingerprinting. No third-party embeds that track you. If that changes, this page changes with it and a consent mechanism is added first.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be useful and then deleted. Client correspondence and project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contractual obligations require. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date below changes with it. For material changes affecting data you have already given us, we will contact you rather than relying on this page.
