Fixed-price diagnostics
A diagnostic is a piece of work, not a subscription. Once we have begun the audit, the fee is non-refundable, because the deliverable — a prioritised action list — is produced whether or not you like what it says. That is the point of it: you are buying the answer, including when the answer is that you should not hire us for the follow-on work.
If we have not started, tell us before work begins and we will refund in full.
Ongoing engagements
Recurring work is billed for the period stated in your proposal. If you cancel mid-period, you pay for work completed in that period and for third-party costs already committed on your behalf — for example a link placement a publisher has already accepted and published. Anything not yet started is not charged.
If we do not deliver
If we fail to deliver what the proposal describes, tell us. We will either complete the work or refund the portion that was not delivered. That applies to deliverables — a stated number of placements, an audit, a build — and not to search rankings, traffic or revenue, which we do not guarantee and cannot refund against. How to request a refund
Email contact@rankvia.cloud with your invoice reference and what went wrong. We respond within 48 hours and resolve refund requests within 14 days.
